A light rain was falling at the Larry's Truck and Electric facility when I began taking this photo of the wide variety of old locomotives stored there. Suddenly, the silence was broken as CSX 4201 rolls by with a local eastbound freight heading towards Youngstown, its rear marking leaving a red trail on the right side of the photo. I was granted special permission from Larry's Truck and Electric and McDonald Steel to take day and nighttime photographs on their properties, wearing all required safety gear. Don't trespass on their properties.
Crazy pool power consists, colorful gatherings of locomotives at a diesel service area, or a mixture of colorful locomotives in storage lines. A minimum of four different paint schemes required.
