Work continues on the Poyner Creek bridge in Raymond. In late December the CN began work on replacing this wooden bridge. The gang now has all the cement in around the pilings. This coming week they will do the ends of the bridge and that will shorten the bridge up 2-3 feet to the 1st piling. The bridge's deck will here April 1st. Then a work window to change out the deck and things will be pretty much done. Here we have a Mona, MN, to East Dubuque, IL, interchange to the BNSF, loaded DDG train blasting east on the Dubuque Sub.
