| Due in large part to PSR, super long stack trains now have to pull all the way out onto Bridge 5 to make their set-offs at Portlock. This was the case on a beautiful afternoon in downtown Norfolk along the Elizabeth River as 234 pulls across Bridge 5, with out of service Bridge 5A in the background. |
