As the clouds break, and the full moon makes it's presence known, NS 101 (Bulls Gap,TN-Memphis,TN/UP) is sitting quietly on the main 2 track at the Jersey Road crossing on this rather quiet Good Friday evening. As of late this location seem to be a go to location for the dispatcher when the crews get close to running out of time, or theirs no room in the terminal to park inbound trains. Something just alittle different in my book, it's actually nice to see a pair of ES44DC leading a train, instead of the usual AC-Traction motor locomotives. Kinda wish the 40-2 in the back would've lead, one can only drean.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
