Norfolk Southern empty coal train U47 is making a reverse move in downtown Appalachia, Virginia toward the loading facility at Wentz, Virginia about five and a half miles away. The U47 crew began their day in Norton, Virginia. After arriving in Appalachia, Virginia they picked up a caboose from the track on the left for the reverse movement.
