| Tacoma Rail 7001 leads the Tacoma Rail Hill Job up the 3.8% Grade at 46th Street. The Milwaukee Road PCE mainline to Portland once ruled the grade, since 1980 ownership has belonged to Chehalis Western and then Tacoma Rail. The line is sitting at an uncertain future as Tacoma Rail is looking to end operations by the end of the year. |
