| The familiar face of DMIR 409 heads up a rail train at Fairbanks, MN on the CN Iron Range sub and will drop rail heading back north after the clearing of a northbound empty and a southbound loads taconite train. DMIR 409 and sisters used to ply these rails daily to and from the mines and Two Harbors, but several years ago they have since been replaced by the trio of C-40's CN now uses for those runs. |
