JR. The Juniata River and the tracks of the Norfolk Southern (former Pennsylvania Railroad) cross each other a number of times between Duncannon and Alexandria, Pennsylvania. On Sunday, May 22, 2022, Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) and former New York Central lounge/diner/sleeper "Swift Stream" (RPCX 800460) crossed the Juniata River near Lewistown, Pennsylvania on Amtrak Train 42 (Pennsylvanian) over one of the many stone arch bridges built by the PRR that are still in use today. The train was returning to New York's Penn Station after spending the night in Pittsburgh. More on the Webb Rail fleet at www.webbrail.com
