So...here's where property lines get tricky. CFRC maintains & operates the double track mainline in Taft, but CSXT maintains & operates the yard leads and adjoined yard on either side of it, in essence bracketing the main. They actually have a fairly fluid relationship, but if CSXT needs to cross from one side to the other, it requires the cooperation of CFRC. Here, the OCS is pulling off the Gorley Lead thru the yard lead onto the #1 mainline track.
