Ex-Amtrak 484 was restored on FEC at their New Smyrna Beach shops, but long story short, a billing issue kept it from being sent back, much less turning a wheel for FEC's own business train as intended. Not long after it first arrived in 2007, FEC was taken over by Fortress/RailAmerica and there was a great upheaval within the company, but they still finished this in 2008...it is seen here finally leaving the property, ending up pulling excursions in Ohio and Quebec.
