Harrisburg Bridges. Union Pacific Railroad constructed its new bridge over the Willamette River in Harrisburg, Oregon during five 30 hour outages between 2013-2014, replacing a 1906 span with pre-fabricated sections. On March 27, 2022, Amtrak Train 14 (Coast Starlight) crosses that bridge with Webb Rail's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044), former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built dome/coach 549 (WEBX 801045), and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) holding the markers. Although not identical, in the background the Portland and Western Railroad (PNWR) bridge, built in 1910, is of similar vintage and still remains in service.
