Wait To Cross. The Raleigh Diamond Railroad Crossing in Raleigh, North Carolina is one of the busier places in the area to catch both freight and passenger trains. The intersection of the former Norfolk Southern Railway, Southern Railway and Seaboard Airline Railway is today used by CSX, Norfolk Southern, and Amtrak including NC DOT.
