| The main reason for my visit to the CN Dubuque Sub in northeastern Iowa was to witness the topography of the railroad first hand. I was amazed how much the railroad follows the contour of the land in this area, giving it a 'rollercoaster' look. The eastbound Waterloo to Kirk Yard manifest, M338, prepares to enter one of the humpbacks as it approaches a rural crossing east of Raymond. |
