On August 25, 2007, there was a a photo shoot on the Knoxville & Holston River led by Steve Barry. I went up specifically to shoot this engine because in a prior life, she spent some time in Winnsboro, South Carolina on the old Rockton & Rion, though that was before my time.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
