| Electric trainsets ABe 6/6 #34 "Piemonte" and ABe 8/8 #23 "Ossola" of the SSIF (Società subalpina di imprese ferroviarie) at Re station on the Centovalli Railroad between Domodossola in Italy and Locarno in Switzerland.
The ABe 8/8 #23 was built in 1959, whereas the ABe 6/6 #34 was built as Number #11 in 1968 for the FLP Ferrovia Lugano-Ponte Tresa and sold in 1978 to the SSIF. Both were manufactured by Schindler Waggon in Switzerland and the electric part was made by TIBB Tecnomasio Italiano Brown Boveri. |
