Rocks As Needed Etc. On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 30, 2022, Hanson Material Service EMD SW 900 MSC 49-5601 had 4 empty hoppers in tow as headed towards the Route 7 bridge in Lockport, Illinois headed towards the Bug Line interchange with Canadian National Railways. This short run operates for a business called Rocks Etc. on an as needed basis to supply stone. The veteran switcher was built in 9/1954 for Jacksonville Terminal (37) before later serving with Seaboard Coast Line (232) and ultimately finding this "retirement gig" in Illinois.
