Remarks & Notes
Lancaster and Chester Railroad Train 12 crests Richburg Hill led by L&C GP38M-2 #2273. Richburg Hill one of the steepest railroad grades in the eastern United States. It happens in a heavily wooded area, so you cannot see the crew tackle the grade. But you can hear it for miles.
