| Comin' In Hot. Maybe a little too hot. On a wet Labor Day afternoon, Amtrak's Valley Flyer train to Greenfield slows for its stop at Berlin, Connecticut. Unseen to the camera is the fact that this train was carrying a bit too much speed and in the wet conditions proceeded to overshoot the station platform. Following a southbound CTRail train departure that was supposed to arrive 5 minutes after the Amtrak, the train would have to back into the station to discharge the handful of passengers alighting here. |
