| Century Green NYC.
On September 24, 2022 the United Railroad Historical Society of New Jersey hosted a night shoot event featuring their restored historic equipment.
New York Central E8 no. 4083 (EMD, 1949-1954) is seen alongside the Hickory Creek observation car, while the train crews discuss schedules. 4083 was one of three locomotives (two E8As and a E7B) that were painted "Century Green" as part of a test of new paint schemes to replace the Central's iconic lightning stripe livery. |
