| Cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 4/4 # 704 of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB), built by SLM Winterthur in 1923 for french Incochina (now Vietnam) is pulling a freight train through the gorge of the Furkareuss near Realp. The locomotive was brought back to Switzerland in 1990 more or less as scrap and is now beautiful restored operational again since 2018. The "FBW" post bus dates from 1925 and was reconstructed in the late 1990' by the owner and Hess company. |
