Remarks & Notes |
YP #2150 is getting prepared for a next duty at the Agra Idgah loco shed. As mentioned on the front beam, the nicely decorated locomotive is supposed to haul a passenger train named the "super fast express". A woman rummages through the ashes for a few pieces of unburned coal that will be used later at home for cooking or for heating. Such scenes could be witnessed all over India when steam locomotives were still active. |
