Remarks & Notes
The Heavener Sub rolls south out of the Ozark Mountains towards the Arkansas River Valley. The railroad has 100 miles of Oklahoma running as they drop down from the 1321 feet summit at Gentry, AR, to around 480 feet near Heavener. A loaded grain train from Mexico, MO, bound for Mexico City, Mexico, continues the decent out of Stillwell. The 2x2 Dp'd train is working over the 210 miles crew district from Pittsburg, KS, to Heavener, OK.
