NJ Transit repainted ALP-46A 4636 into a scheme honoring the Pennsylvania Railroad, and it was unveiled on October 5, 2019. Two years and six days later, this unique locomotive was leading NJTR westbound train 3829 (New York's Penn Station to Trenton NJ), pulling eight cars. This scheme is fitting, of course, because this is Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, originally built and operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad. (Linden, New Jersey – October 11, 2022)
