Remarks & Notes
Bridge to Yesteryear
The eastbound Pennsylvanian, Amtrak 42(27), dives under the cast-in-place concrete arch bridge that has carried Port Royal’s Market Street over the Pennsylvania Railroad and its successors since 1910. The bridge superstructure is slated by PennDOT for replacement by July 2023.
