A pair of Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern SD40-2's through downtown Mankato, Minnesota on the UP's Mankato Sub after picking up their train of interchange cars. As they train heads for CP's line towards home rails, they pass by the station that now houses a real estate office. This station was built in 1896 by the Chicago and Northwestern Railway and the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railway.
