| In December 2022 the U.S. Army and the Military Railroad Society operated Operation Sergeant Santa at Fort Eustis, Virginia. This event featured hour long day and night rides on privately owned passenger cars and was open to the public. U.S. Army GP10 #4624 pulled all the trains. Hundreds of people from across Virginia attended the event. |
