Sierra Northern Railway No. 2666, an RP20BD or "Genset," sways to and fro as it shoves a train of three passenger cars west to Bristel, the railway's western end, before it will travel back east making stops in Ventura, Saticoy, Santa Paula and Fillmore as part of the railroad's Christmas whistle stop tour.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
