"Train of Many Colors Meets Pants of Many Colors at 23rd Street"
On the evening of December 11th, 2022, New York City Transit's "Train of Many Colors" consist, lead by Tarter Red-painted St. Louis Car Company R33 #9017, passes a waiting passenger wearing pants of many colors at 23rd Street station on the IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York. The Train of Many Colors (TOMC) consist was utilized for the New York Transit Museum's 2022 Holiday Nostalgia Train which ran several trips on the IRT Broadway–Seventh Avenue Line over the course of four Sundays before Christmas.
