Remarks & Notes
Stay Amazing. Metro-North Railroad train 563 (Harlem Line to North White Plains) is seen at Harlem-125th St Station on the Park Avenue Viaduct. The train is made up of six M3A cars manufactured by Budd from 1984-1986. These cars are favored by many rail enthusiasts at least partially for their "railfan window," which allows forward-facing views of the tracks.

A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)

With three lines radiating north out of Grand Central Terminal plus service to Port Jervis on the former Erie, Metro North covers a wide swatch of New York's northern suburbs with varying terrains.
