Remarks & Notes |
BATTLE GROUND WA March 30 2004 — CBRR SW1200 211 awaits a crew to perform duties on the Clark County-owned railroad that stretches from Rye Junction (where it joins the Seattle Sub of the BNSF) northeast to Battle Ground WA. The Columbia Basin no longer operates this line. It is now operated by the Portland Vancouver Junction. The PVJrr operates out of a site just south of the intersection of 78th Street and St. Johns Blvd in Vancouver WA. I believe that, as of Feb. 4, 2023, the PVJrr only goes as far north as Battle Ground. Corrections welcome. My photo.
