While a Maintenance of Way gang prepares to get a move on, a local train has just pulled in the yard with two big GE motors up front. CSX 146 was a AC44CW bult in 1996.
CSXT 685 is a 6,000 horsepower AC60CW built in 1999. The extra power did not prove succesful and the model is already off the roster. This particular locomotive was sold to Progress Rail as PRLX 685. |
