The Company HQ. On Sunday, February 26, 2023 when Webb Rail's former Union Pacific Railroad Budd built Pullman 10-6 bedroom car "Pacific Union" (WEBX 800640) and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/bedroom car "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) were holding the markers on Amtrak Train 57 (Vermonter) as it pulled into the St. Albans, Vermont Station. The brick building in the background serves today as the Genesee & Wyoming/New England Central Railroad offices, but was built in 1867 as the Central Vermont Railroad Headquarters, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. And adjoining brick train shed that would have covered these tracks was demolished by Canadian National Railways in 1963. More on the Webb Rail fleet at www.webbrail.com
