Framed just south of Agricola, MS, an empty BNSF coal set breaks the silence of the cool night as they roll north on the Mississippi Export Railroad. The 135 car train has just unloaded at the Victor J. Daniel power plant in Helena, MS and will be left at the CN/MSE interchange in Evanston, ready for the trip back to the Powder River Basin.
