| n true 2021 railroading fashion …we do everything as hard as we can. That was no exception here with this B41 local out of Mason City to Spencer. The 1st crew spent all night switching in Mason and building 111 car outbound train. Then B42 cabbed in from Spencer at 7am to take the train west. Here the crew rolls out of Mason City on the Sheldon Sub for parts unknown. 5 hours from now the train would only be 30 miles! 1st stop would be at Tanks Spur to switch 40/40 anhydrous tanks in and out for CF Industries, a 2.5 hour task. |
