| With the fate of the NIPSCO power plant uncertain, these NORX coal trains may be a distant memory soon enough. With that said, on a sunny spring afternoon, one of South Shore’s NORX coal empties drags out of Michigan City with an SD38 leading the charge with the power plants’ cooling tower seen in the background. |
