Remarks & Notes
In the SBB's largest shunting yard, RBL (Limmattal shunting yard) between Dietikon and Killwangen-Spreitenbach, several of the Alstom built Aem 940 are operating for shunting and pushing the trains over the hump. The SBB ordered 47 of this electro/diesel "Prima H4" locomotives with 2000 kW from the overhead wire and 900 kW with the diesel drive (two CAT 18 motors). The Aem 940 # 037 can be seen in the entrance yard near the hump, running light to the next train.
