| Vesuvius Vicinity:
NS 1067 heads out of the siding onto the mainline at CP Vesuvius after having just met a northbound 12Z in the double track. Here, the train splits the N&W signals to head south and has a clear shot into Roanoke. Since the train was so long, it had to meet the NB here, as this siding is the longest on the line. |
