| F40's ruled South Station back in 1993. A newer F40PH-2C is joined by "class unit" F40PH 1000 on a quiet, cloudy morning in Boston. The construction work that is visible here is a sign of the major changes to come (including covered platforms, electrification and the retirement of the original F40PH fleet). |
