The Beachball In Context. On Friday, June 9, 2023, MTA Metro-North Railroad P32AC-DM 208 (40th Anniversary, 'Beachball Heritage') led train 1860 from Grand Central Terminal in New York, New York to Danbury, Connecticut. This provided an opportunity to shoot it with a couple of friends. As it pulled into the yard, it passed ex-Metro-North FP10 413 now at The Danbury Railway Museum, still displaying its final paint scheme, the design that the heritage wrap was based on by the railroad.
