| It's a gray March day in Binghamton, New York as Norfolk Southern job K91 drills the south end of the Binghamton Yard with a pair of SD40's. On the point is the class unit for the latest rebuild program out of the Juniata Shops, an SD40-3. The rebuild program includes a new microprocessor based control system as well as a new admiral cab. |
