| Laying That Track. As the sun came up on July 2, 2018, the Amtrak TLM (Track Laying Machine) crew in Bristol, Pennsylvania was still hard at work. This machine/train set replaces concrete ties over a long stretch of track. This was accomplished in between regular train movement, when watchmen would notify the crew to stop work until the train had passed. |
