| Late Seventies in Gladstone Yard.
NJ Transit Arrow III car no. 1310 is the lead unit on a westbound Gladstone Branch train passing other equipment as it pulls through the yard approaching its final station: Gladstone. The 1973 Volkswagen Beetle parked near the yard caught my eye and fits perfectly with the Arrow III cars seen here, which were manufactured by GE from 1977-1978; the MultiLevel coaches are the only obvious clue that this photo wasn't taken in the 1970s! |
