Norfolk Southern's manifest freight 316 cruises down the Southern Tier in the heart of the Canisteo River Valley, following the river through Rathbone, New York. On the point is a freshly repainted Union Pacific ES44AC, wearing one of the early iterations of UP's new paint scheme. This unit retained the wings on the nose, but has the block letter "Union Pacific" on the long hood as well as lacking the flag on the cab sides.
