| The mysterious case of an "unofficial" Chessie System nose job was seen by many photographers on this day as train L810-11 worked its way to Cedartown, GA. Many remain baffled by the fact that this rogue nose job allegedly took place in public view under what would have been less than favorable weather conditions. Reminds me of the 2016 CSX Santa train when CSX 4384 ended up receiving an "unofficial" Clinchfield RR nose job in the middle of a cold, damp night while under security night watch before its morning departure from Shelby, KY. |
