Freight Geep. CSX GP40-2 no. 4423 (EMD, 1972-1986) is seen laid up at the New York, Susquehanna & Western engine facility in Ridgefield Park, NJ. GP40 locomotives are very common in the state, though I am more familiar with the silver ones on NJ Transit's roster!
