A Cross Country Trains HST led by 43008 approaches Mansfield Road overbridge, Derby, whilst forming 1V50 0606 Edinburgh - Plymouth on 5th September 2023.
43008 had recently been repainted into British Rail Inter City Swallow retro livery, to mark that HSTs would soon finish on Cross Country Trains services. 43007, on the rear, had likewise been repainted into the original British Rail HST livery.
