After arriving to an empty yard and feeling unsurprised, we parked, and prepared to make a plan for our next location to visit. Shortly after turning the car off, the distinct rumble of EMD power became evident. With no clue as to when a train would arrive here, this catch was pure luck. In this photo VTR train RDHJ passes through North Bennington with Pan Am interchange traffic for Hoosick Jct. This was also my first time shooting VTR, making this a great railfan memory.
