Black and Beautiful. NJ Transit GP40PH-2B no.s 4203 and 4210 (EMD, 1965-1969) are seen outside the shop building at the Meadows Maintenance Complex during the annual Family Day event. 4210's new Erie Railroad heritage scheme was making its debut at the event, much to the excitement of attendees! As Morticia Addams once said, "Black is such a happy color!"
