On October 11, 2023, the Bernina line of the Rhaetian Railway was characterized by very long delays, up to about 50 minutes. This was caused by a total interruption of the Engadin line between Cinuos-chel-Brail and S-chanf, which prevented the timely arrival of two "Allegra" railcars ABe 8/12 from Landquart via Vereina or caused very long delays. The situation at Alp Grüm at 13.22 h, seen from the opposite valley slope. Above, the approx. 1/2 h delayed train 4629 from St.Moritz to Tirano with an "Allegra" ABe 8/12 is approaching, it passes the 264 meter long Grüm gallery and will soon reach the station Alp Grüm, which is located on the right.
