Steamposh And Central Vermont On Saturday, October 21, 2023, the Connecticut Eastern Railroad Museum hosted its 19th Annual Night Photo Shoot. This museum in Willimantic, Connecticut a the site of the former Columbia Junction Freight Yard. The grounds are a combination of vintage and reconstructed buildings accented by vintage railroad equipment. The reconstructed Columbia Junction Roundhouse and transplanted Armstrong turntable are the centerpiece of the grounds, that also include other restored buildings, locomotives, rail cars and historic artifacts. A group of local actors called Steamposh joined in the fun, allowing for a different take on the night's activities, as seen on Central Vermont Railways Alco S4 8081.
